RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a store credit.

ONLINE SHIPPING RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

• All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached
• Please note that the amount returned (minus shipping) will be credited back to you in a form of a store credit to be used to purchase a different item from our fabulous boutique.
• To return an item please email us at web@shopsignatures.com. We will review your return and respond with return instructions within 3 business days.

IN-STORE PICK UP RETURNS

If you chose in-store pick up at checkout please return your order directly to the store within 30 days of the purchase date.

• All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
• Please note that the amount returned will be credited back to you in a form of a store credit to be used to purchase another fabulous item from our boutique.
• No returns on seasonal items.
